I totally hear you - I feel the same about my own kids. Use household roles and broad ages, such as "my preschooler", and share only what each agent needs. You don't need full names, school names, exact birth dates or a medical history. Your Meals agent does need the food exclusions you want it to follow. Details you choose to share can remain in your AI chats and saved task instructions. The setup lesson walks you through your account's privacy and data settings, and you can skip any question you're not comfortable answering.

Been there and it's soooo annoying. Give the agent that's writing for you a short example of your voice and a few preferences. Review its first draft together, then keep the changes you like in that agent's saved instructions. You can reuse the same examples when you set up another agent.
